I called trying to place a Togo order. Waitresses didn?t seem to care. I was placed on hold which was fine then they just hung... up the phone. So I called back they answered but never spoke on the phone just answered it. If I could have zero stars Iwould. Update: I went in. A server who had just clocked in took care of me and fixedly the situation. I wish I had grabbed hername. This was around 10:30pm she and the cooks made my order and took great care of me and my daughter. Because of them I addedthe extra stars. Read more
The weird stench that permeated the entire meal I purchased as a to-go order still lingers on my hands as I type this review?and... I received my meal shortly before noon and have washed my hands numerous times since. First, the waitresses that I interactedwith upon entering the restaurant seemed to be inconvenienced when myself and another gentleman walked in the door. After I saidI was there for a to-go order, the waitresses didn?t ask my name or anything and never acknowledged me really until aftersitting in the waiting area for a bit I finally asked how much longer it would be until my order would be ready. It appeared tobe 3 male cooks working the grill?two with long hair. None of them had hair nets. There were no gloves in sight on the cooks? orwaitresses? hands. The waitresses were, of course, touching food plates all while touching their own person, with longfingernails that I sure were not clean underneath (again no one handling food was wearing gloves). My order was a combo with aT-bone steak, 3 eggs (over hard), and a short stack. The steak was not tender at all, eggs over cooked, no butter given with thepancakes and hair on the pancakes and again a weird smell radiated off the food. Certainly, the meal and service were not worththe price paid. It will probably be a long time before I visit this location again sad to say. Read more
I have to say I was disappointed. The server was great but the food was horrible! I got the strawberry banana pancakes and could... only eat the fruit. The pancakes where to hard. That's kinda there thing too. Not good. Read more
A few nights ago my mother and I ate here. The cook had dred locks and the server was tall, I believe Leslie. The waitress was... absolutely amazing and accommodating with the best vibes a customer could ask for. Our cook that night sent out picture perfectplates with a taste that matched!! Read more
I'm going to be completely honest even tho I did feel for our server because my mom's a drug addict also. The food was 3... ???? But.. Me and a couple buddies visited a few days ago in the morning and there was a server we saw that was very sweet butvery obviously on drugs. Im not sure of the situation or what but she not once refilled our drinks or anything and was fussingabout how the table before us didn't tip lol. We tipped her well but something should be done so that people like that aren'tworking with food because that could be very dangerous for someone who's not in the right state of mind. Read more
The worst experience with new waitresses there. We literally waited more than one hour just for them to bring our food while... other people that came after us got theirs first. They are the worst!!! Don't go waste your time there. They care more about togo orders then their people actually there. Never going to ihop on baxter st ever again! Read more
The chocolate pancakes were not good (but were happily replaced). The steak tips were sweet but chewy.... The service was great.... Kind of get what you pay for late night experience. Stick to the basics here. Read more
Great choice of breakfast food to choose from. The servers are really caring and will make every effort to make you comfortable.... You have to try one of their omelettes if you are there! Read more
