Food quality is great and selection of food is concise but adequate. Service is average and wait time a little on the long side.... Also a bit pricy! Read more

Quality over quantity? High quality innovative southern food that doesn?t make you feel at the end like you?ve eaten a whole ox.... Every dish we had was nice and had a fresh and light feel to it ? even the fried chicken! Great wines by the glass as well ascocktails/mocktails ???? ???? I?ll be coming back to try some of the other dishes. Tried their weekend brunch recently. Did notthink it was as good as their dinner. Read more

Fantastic food and overall experience! We went for their Sunday brunch and everything was lovely, especially the deviled eggs.

Nothing special. The menu is sparse which is fine but the food was so so. For $20-$40 a plate, you'd expect it to atleast taste... good but there wasn't much flavor and we tried several dishes. We also got double charged for a dessert but there was confusionbetween the group (6 of us)as to who would pay for it. So that's not really on the server. Drinks were tasty though. Just go totheir bar, Sidecar and order cheese curds. Don't bother with the main restaurant. Read more

Home.made was a nice experience but some of the food fell flat, and drink service was slow. The grilled oysters are a must... have! I really liked my fried chicken plate, especially the picked okra, it was all great, but my wife?s pasta (tagliatelle)dish really fell flat, and we only ordered it because the waitress recommended it? so yeah we were pretty surprised with howuninteresting the flavor was. Unlucky I guess... Should have sent it back but didn?t think about it. And the pimento cheesebiscuit/macaron appetizer, you can just skip that, but the grilled oysters we had were AMAZING. The drinks we had were verygood, but drink service was really slow after 5:45ish. I think the issue was there was only one guy on the sidecar bar sidedoing the drinks and waiting tables over there, so every drink took about ten minutes to prepare. Even a simple desert port winetook ages to get. Surprising they have so few workers/bartenders on a busy Saturday night. Our waitress was quite goodthough. We went early at 5 which was great, as the place was empty and it was easy to get a table. After about 20-30 minutes, the hostess sat two more tables of people literally right next us in the corner, which was a little awkward since the entirerestaurant was empty aside from our now packed corner. I would think with covid and all they would try to space people out alittle bit, at least while the place is near empty. Also since the place was so quiet I felt like our three tables could allhear everything each other was saying. Anyways, after I said something about weird it was, our waitress moved us to the othercorner where we could have a little more privacy which was awesome :) so that was nice. Read more

The food was very nice. Flavor and plating was a delight. I personally did not love the shrimp dish because I was expecting... something else. The grilled oysters were hands down the best I have ever had. The prosciutto app I loved. The trout was donevery well with just enough seasoning. The apps were a little high, but you are getting the quality, so it works out. Read more

Great southern restaurant with a rustic modern backdrop. I had the "$35 special" of chicken thigh greens and squash as my entree... and it was delicious. The special also came with salad and Icebox lemon cake. I also enjoyed the deviled eggs. It wasn't covercrowded a down home feel. Read more
