I met Holy Crepe before the truck was even up and running, and I patiently waited for one of their first ( and I think still the... best) sweet crepes, LEMON! They are so creative with their flavors and combos, good value for your dollaz. The food is betterevery time and it was excellent to begin with. But honestly, the best part are the people who run the business and work there.Their spirit and philosophy of community and quality help me feel like I am living in the kind of world I have want to live in:one where people take the time and attention to be real and excellent, with hard work, integrity, and optimism.
