Local pizzeria with good food and excellent service. Plus a festive and lively social atmosphere. I had to think about the... number of stars for a minute, but the key is this place fully lives up to its niche. It's a local pizzeria / bar. It is clearlya favorite by the size of the crowds. We brought our teenage kids here and then later joined them. It is a fun festive place.I think one of the keys to it's success is the service. This is a team service restaurant. Everybody that walks by is checkingto see if you need something. Oh and the food is hot and tasty. The kids liked the pizza, I ordered some wings and they werehot and flavorful. Maybe not as crispy as I like my wings, but that's a personal preference. You couldn't complain about theflavor or the temperature! This is a great place to go with a group of friends or perhaps an early dating location. But it'snoisy and full of people that are having a good time. There is an outside covered dining area that seems popular. They have adesignated parking area and several parking lots that join together. But parking can be a challenge and you may end up parkingon a side street. This whole area is fun but fully loaded is certainly a happening social spot! Read more
06/08/2022 Update: I ate at the restaurant and was very happy with the service and most importantly the food. My pizza was... actually cooked throughout! I was also impressed with the fries and the cheese-sticks. Original review: I like the service andthe general vibe of this place, but they absolutely struggle creating consistent pizzas. I always order my pizza extra crispyand I ALWAYS have to cook it more when I get home. The cheese was barely melted this time. It's just frustrating because pizzaisn't difficult, they should spend a moment on QA before sending food out the door. It's just not worth $25 for an uncooked pie.I miss Starland Pizza. Read more
Fully loaded pizza. Food was great. Seemed to be short staffed.
I like it but not love it. Probably because I?m more of a spice lover. The pizza was pretty big and had a good crust. This was... their Thai pizza which had a good flavor but the ketchup like sauce on top was a big no because it just threw off the flavor.Also I was looking to make it spicier but the chili they have on the table was not gonna do it for me (probably not their faultbut my south Asian taste pallete). I tried the wings as well which were good and fried to perfection but I didn?t enjoy the hotmustard flavor probably for the same reason with not being hot enough. Doesn't matter what you get to eat, it will be amazing!! Obviously, their pizza is top notch (see the BestPizza award from Online Athen), but their wings, sandwiches, appetizers, everything is fantastic. Service is always friendly,prompt, and excellent. In the heart of Five Points and an absolute staple. Food: amazing all day!!! We've had pizza, which iscooked to perfection, tasty cheese, and fresh toppings. Wings are crispy and tasty and sandwiches are always on point. Again,throw a dart to pick your food and you won't be disappointed. Beer: always a great selection, particularly strong in all thelocal options Creature Comforts, Terrapin, and Akademia. Good draft spots and tons of cans and bottles to choose from. Perfectplace to grab a table inside or out and enjoy plenty of awesome brews!! Service: always friendly and prompt. Kell and Richardare fantastic owners and always do an amazing job of providing top-notch customer service. Even when it gets crowded, you'llalways get fantastic service. Vibe/Interior: cool, sleek and great vibe inside. Always some great tunes playing in thebackground and will get the best local and national sports on TV. Inside and outside seating available. +1 star because the vibes inside are great, +1 star because the pizza was good, and -3 stars because their topping substitution... policy feels criminal and the guy taking our order not only acted like every thing I asked for was the greatest inconvenience onearth, but also proceeded to royally mess up our order. We ordered the 18" Fully Loaded and wanted half of it without meat somy vegetarian friend could eat it. Long story short, we confirmed the order and when we brought it home it had none of the fourveggies that come on the Fully Loaded. To make matters funnier, he ended up putting jalapeños on the whole thing (and hecharged us the $2.50 for them) because I asked a question about jalapeños. So we got charged the full $27 for a 18" FullyLoaded pizza + the $2.50 for jalapeños for literally a jalapeño and half-meat pizza. I feel robbed. Disclaimer: I'm a server.I understand when customers are awful and completely misexplain things. This was not one of those cases. This guy at FullyLoaded just seemed like vindictive or something.
