I got a marg and a very basic taco (the name escapes me). Overall the drink was fair priced and pretty strong, which was fine.... However the two tacos I had were incredibly greasy. So much grease that when they came out the taco shell was soft and mushy, ittasted OK but the grease dripping everywhere wasn?t worth it. I was impressed that their steak was so tender and well cooked, however. Read more

This was our first visit and we?ll definitely be back. The food and atmosphere were amazing. We got there right when they opened... so there was no wait times and quick service. Read more

I ordered the birria tacos and they had no flavor. My kids got a burrito and a cheese quesadilla. You can get better burritos at... barbaritos and the cheese quesadilla was very dry. It wasn?t horrible but not worth coming back to in my opinion. Read more

The tacos were awesome! I had a fish taco with lime aioli and a chicken taco with grilled pineapple... Yum! And the blood orange... margarita was super tasty! + My son loved the putting green outside. Read more

While their margaritas were pretty decent I couldn?t find any flavor in the food. Not something I expected from mexicanish... cuisine since it?s supposed to have good flavor and spice. Even the nachos were just bland chips. The service however was quitegood and the atmosphere was nice. I wish the food was up to the standard as well. Read more

Loved the place - there?s outside and inside seating and the staff is very friendly. The food is good - Mexican American taste... - not true Mexican (I?m Hispanic ), but it was good !!! Read more

Awesome Food & Great Setting! Overall: excellent setting in the heart of Five Points with good food and amazing margaritas.... Perfect spot on a beautiful Saturday afternoon to drink superb margaritas and have some excellent mexican fare. Big space, especially for Five Points. Food is really strong. Service was a little slow at first, but picked up better when more helparrived. Food: really good. A few of the items were just ok, but overall good stuff. Chips and salsa were excellent. We go thequeso and added chorizo, but it came out a little more like bacon. Not bad, but was hoping for more true chorizo to add tot thedip. We got the pork belly gorditas, which came out looking like mushroom sandwiches, but we're really tasty. Packed with cheeseand pork belly, it was very good. Also sprung for a fried garlic shrimp taco and it too was awesome. Drinks: got a pitcher offrozen house margarita to share and it was amazing!!! It was the perfect consistency and flavor. Some frozen margs are all ice,but these were perfect, especially for a warm spring day. Service: they definitely were understaffed at first, as there wasonly two employees for front of the of house, which included taking orders, making, drinks and taking food. Another workereventually showed and it started to smooth out after that. Very friendly, just super busy and understaffed atfirst. Vibe/Interior: really cool setup inside and out. The bar area is where you stand in line for order, so when it's crowdedit's really tight. There is a covered dining area inside and tons of space outside. There is cornhole and a putting green forfun as well. Only issue is lack of tables outside, only about 4. Bunch of chairs for lounging and drinking, but not conducivefor eating in. Summary: cool place in five points for eating and drinking!! Read more
