This place is a tale of two Dunkins. I finally decided to get the name of the young woman, Tiana, who always seems frustrated... and shows nothing but disrespect in her tone of voice when she takes an order. When Tiana is working, there's less hashbrowns inthe bag, a wrong or burnt bagel, and a slow line at the drive thru. She always delivers the most forceful, "I'll be *with* youin just a second," which is her standard opening when you first pull up to the intercom. What a chore her job must be. WhenTiana is not working, everything at this Dunkin has actually been above average. When Tiana is there, all I feel is tensioninside the building. I have been going to this location for years, and it has majorly gone down hill. The past month the drive through has been... painfully slow. I arrive around 6-6:20 am, and have been having to wait upwards of twenty minutes. This has caused me on severaloccasions to have to drive off to avoid being late for work. Today I decided to go into the store, as I noticed there was no oneinside waiting. First, the cashier stated that she did not know how to use the register, so she had to wait until someone couldhelp her. After this, I repeated my order 3 times, for it still to be rung up incorrectly. I was over charged for the order, asshe rung it up as a cold brew, and not an iced coffee. I am normally very patient with people in the service industry, as I haveworked there myself, but it has been constant with this location. The only upside is they are usually very polite. Read more
Okay place for grabbing a cup of coffee and a donut. But very sterile. I hear good things about the coffee. The donuts are good... but heavier than Krispy Kreme. But not bad! It feels like the McDonald's of donut shops. But more like the old McDonald's kindof the plasticy feel. But my friend enjoyed her coffee very much. So it has some good points! Read more
I'm not sure why this specific location is like this... But it really is the only location that has workers like this. They're... either high schoolers or freshman in college and you can tell... They are "working" to get paid but don't actually care to dotheir job. Their attitude oozes out of this place. They're always forgetting items in my orders and when I go back to get what Ipaid for, I'm met with an attitude. I'm not the one to get an attitude with, you forgot to do your job... They never fill upyour drink cups all the way and one time a girl even took a payment for an order I placed and took it all for her tips instead..Not to mention before that happened, I was waiting at the counter inside for a good 4 minutes before a worker came up to takethe order. I wish there is an option to give negative stars. I ordered two chocolate frosting donuts with sprinkles but they gave me only... one correct flavor while the other one they gave a regular donut with chocolate syrup and added sprinkles on it. It is a totalscam to make money in any manner with no care for customer order fulfillment or satisfaction. I may have bought only one if thelady had told me so. Was waiting on a repair for my AirPods next door and went over to Dunkin where and George, Thai, and Hope worked to make me the... perfect drink! They went to the back to find the exact syrup I wanted and took the time and effort to get everything just right.Then they made me a custom ?happy Valentine?s Day? donut?truly above and beyond. This location was my favorite, but lately it's been so very bad. I order ahead on the app, and they have it by the time I get... there. Pretty easy. Lately something goes wrong between checking in at the speaker and driving around to the window. Whether I'mthe only car or there's a line, they ask me to repeat the order and still manage to forget most of it. No specialrequests/customizations. Yesterday they gave me 1 of 3 items, told me to have a good day, and left the window. I waited almost 5min for someone to come back to the window so I could ask about the rest, and that took several attempts to get all 3 things.When I got out of the line, I realized they forgot to put any flavor in my coffee as ordered - again, it was a really simpleorder and I repeated it twice. I'm usually understanding with mistakes because customer service is not for the faint of heart,but after 3+ repeats of missing/wrong items and incompetent employees, I probably won't be back. ***Came back to edit becauseI've been here once or twice since my review and everything has been great! I'm not sure if it was a bad staffing issue at thetime, but I'm hopeful that this location has improved. Read more
