I was told that this location doesn?t honor the slice the price cards that don?t have anything on there about locations not... accepting. Also, a friend of mine was told this past Friday that they do honor them but you have to call it in. Make up yourmind. Either you do or you don?t accept it. Also, since the slice the price doesn?t have anything on the card about ?accepted atmost locations? or ?some may not honor? This is the worst domino's we've ever had. We have tried multiple times in hopes that they were just having a bad night trying... to give them the benefit of a doubt but were sadly mistaken. Each and every time the pizza has been a disastrousness messleaving us with unedible food. Save yourself and get pizza from somewhere else. Between the pizza orders being incorrect eachand every time (even on simple orders like a basic cheese pizza) it still was made wrong. The pizza itself tastes old like theyjust heat up old orders and call it a day. It's awful. Please don't waste your time if you're craving pizza or in a crunch andneed to order food for the kiddos or whatever GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Read more
I work 2.9 miles from this store. Called to order pizza for lunch for the whole crew and was told they wouldn't deliver to us... because we weren't in their system. No "let's fix it" or any other assistance. 2.9 MILES! Thanks Mellow Mushroom for saving ourFriday! Read more
TERRIBLE SERVICE. Ordered a mix and match deal w bread, cinnamon twists, & two pizzas. Was told they didn?t have the bread,... twists, & only one pizza?? Asked if I could substitute the items and was told no ? only the general manager could do that andwouldn?t be in until Tuesday. When I asked if I could just reorder a mix and match deal and cancel my order I was also told no,that it would be more expensive if he did that (even tho it was the same deal & just different qualifying items?). When we're in need of a quick pizza that's delicious we know we can always turn to this location. They are super fast! And their... pizza is never greasy. The perfect place for pizza when you get time off to just lay around and watch movies with friends. Plus,everyone at this location has always been so very kind. ???? Read more
We bought two dips and they were terrible and we spoke with General manager and he told me they were cooked right. Ordered online. Pizza got here and both thin pizzas are sloppy and toppings all over box with grease soaked in box. This store's staff needs major customer service training. My wife ordered at 6:30 p.m. to deliver to Quick Pick Valero, which is... a "Hot Spot". She called the store at 7:00 p.m. because the app showed the driver going the wrong way. ETA in app was 60+Min.She was told rudely that "It isn't going to take that long." She called back at 7:30 when driver showed as in Watkinville anddelivery was 71+Min. She asked if they could re-make it and we could just come pick it up, as the kids were looking forward tothe pizza. Was told that no the order would be canceled (refund in a few days) and we could re-order and wait if we wantedto. I called the store at 8:04 p.m. and explained the above and asked if this is what he told my wife. The "Manager" then says,"I'll tell you what I told your wife." and slammed the phone down, then hung up.
