Where to begin! I had BBQ last week at another place and it was so bad it almost hurt MY feelings. Since moving to Athens I have... searched for my regular spots! This will be added to the list. I ordered delivery and it come super fast, well packaged andpiping hot!!! The sampler plate is delicious and the squash casserole is so good you could wash your face in it. The potatosalad wasn?t my favorite, but that was a matter of personal taste as I don?t like the sweeter bases (my family loves it) it wasfresh and looked amazing. This bbq was SO good! It was my first visit so I got the sample to try it all. The pulled chicken was flavorful and moist (tiny... bit spicy from pepper). The ribs were not my thing but my companion enjoyed them and said they were moist with a small amount ofcrusty outside. The pulled pork was tasty. I enjoyed the bbq sauce on the table it is a brown sugar sweet. They have otheroptions at the pick up window but I did not try. The coleslaw was different with raisins and a sweeter dressing. Summercasserole was a fan favorite! Almost like stuffing and squash together. YUM! Baked beans were standard. Mac and cheese wasdelicious (greasy) with time crisp on the top. Peach cobbler was dripping in caramelized sauce and so good! They offer cannedand bottled drinks as well as fresh made sweet tea and lemonade. The sweet tea was PERFECT! Overall, worth the trip and will bevisiting again. If you like bbq and southern food you gotta try this joint. They have both inside and outside seating. Read more
