Absolutely pitiful. I hate to leave a negative review but I feel like it's finally necessary after so many bad experiences here.... Not only did we sit in the drive through line for nearly 20 minutes with only one car in front of us, but when we finally gethome to eat, our hamburgers are completely wrong from what we ordered and the beef was maybe an inch wide. Well over 2/3 of thebun was completely empty. If prices are going to continue to rise then you expect much better service to follow. I would leave-3 stars if I could. Read more
Went through the drive through and the girl was really nice. Phenomenal actually. Unfortunately, my whole order was wrong.... Didn?t realize until I got home and noticed. Sweet tea was delicious. Just wish mine and my husband food was right. Read more
By far one of my top 5 places to eat and never unsatisfied in any way!!! Doesn't matter where I am I've ALWAYS had nothing but... great experiences when eating at cookout!!!! And their milkshakes are absolutely the best over anybody else except the ones wemake at home!!! I'm addicted to the banana fudge shake and the chocolate cherry shake. Two of my kid's faves are peach cobblerand banana pudding shakes!!! They are amazing every single time that we go!!! Keep the great work!!! The staff is also ALWAYSfriendly, helpful, and smiling!!! Manager is very rude and unprofessional, coming from another local Athens GM; whichever one looks like she just got bit by a dog... is terrible! I was charged for an upsize drink when I asked for a large, then was refused a large cup at the window and told ?Ireally just want you out of my drive through maam?. I have never had any issues with the young ladies I normally see at thedrive through, but this manager is ridiculous and does not need a title or job in the food industry for that matter! Had a complicated order and Diamond was very friendly, made sure the order was correct, down to the extra mayo packets. she was... very nice, patient and is what good customer service is all about. This location is my preference of the two in Athens because the kitchen team at this one seems to be on point with the freshness... every single time. The food is usually accurate but occasionally the burgers get messed up when we're being picky and ask forthings to be removed or added. The order taking is also usually fantastic here, it can be a little tedious when ordering a lotof food, but the cashiers seem to be on top of it most of the time. This is one of my top 3 places to stop at for lunch when I'mdriving around for work so I visit this place a lot and I always enjoy my food even if the accuracy isn't on par. More recentlyour orders have been coming out incorrectly more often, but still fresh and delicious. Read more
Dine in closed. We order the combo meal which is a good deal for $5.99. But the burger is so small portion of meat. The shake is... good for additional $1. Overall good not great and nice staff in drive thru. Read more
The worst cookout I've ever been to. The order taker in the drive thru was ear piercingly loud and incredibly rude. Yelling at... us and mumbling unintelligibly made for a painful experience. I don't know if I'll ever go back. Read more
