I've been to several Cookout locations before but none were as bad as this one. Service was the bare minimum. The food is... alright, not the freshest. Google Maps says they do dine-in and drive-thru. Dining room suggested otherwise. Boxes everywhere,no people or employees around. They also offered two drive-thru lines. I joined the outer one. The person in front of me waited5 minutes, no answer on the speaker. No one took their order. They eventually left and rejoined the inner line, I followed them.The order-taker was kind of rude, rushing through the order. Minimum customer service at the window too. At least the foodwasn't bad. I work at a fast food place too, I know it's hard. But some effort to treat customers better would be nice. Read more
Worst Cookout experience I?ve ever had. The drive through speaker was cutting out and we had to ask them to repeat things... multiple times. They forgot an order of chicken nuggets. The doors were locked (dining room closed) so we had to wait for anemployee to notice us or sit through the line again. We ordered an Out West Double burger; the patties were the smallest I?veever seen at Cookout and cold/dry. I?ve been going to Cookouts for years, I do not recommend this one. Read more
Had both drive thru lanes opened, but only took orders on one. Had to loop around to get in the other lane. Didn't have any... sweet tea, 4-5 hours before close, or water bottles. Did give me a cup of water instead though. Serve was polite. Seemedslightly understaffed. Food was great for the price. Read more
I got a caramel fudge milkshake. It tasted like a good chocolatey shake. I would have liked a little more caramel taste. It was... so thick I had to use a spoon. A little too thick. Since I was driving. My daughter was enjoying her shake with a spoon whileall I could do was drive home and try to drink it there. It was a half hour drive and still had to use a spoon for most of it.Some people may like fighting a milkshake to get it through the straw....I dont. Read more

Sometimes they are a little slow with service. Food is good but when I order double fries, they short me and give me a single... size portion. Also I always order a double patty burger and I have only gotten a double 2 times. The rest of the time I've paidfor a double but got a single patty. Read more
I don?t ever leave reviews but my experience at this cookout is terrible. First off employees don?t even let you finish telling... them your order before interrupting you. Second as you can see in the picture I got maybe a total of 6 fries. Not only this,they also put everything on my burger when I did not ask for everything and did not give me any cookout sauces when I askedabout 3 times. They probably didn?t give me any because they couldn?t hear me asking for it since I just kept being cut off. Read more
Our family has always been able to trust that cookout will be an easy, good place to get a quick bite to eat. Not today. We... waited for almost 20 minutes for fast food in the drive thru. Then one of our trays was completely wrong. Not what we ordered atall. We couldn?t remedy the order because the doors were locked! We were very disappointed and might be back eventually. Read more
