When we got there we already had to wait for 20 min for Our table . Party was suppose to start at 4. The service was AWFUL ! We... waited foreverrrrrrrer for the pizza which was old stale and cold for One . For 2 the wings and cheese sticks never came out ,after about 30 min we asked for Them justo to find out they were never entered in. So they tried to rush us out because theparty was suppose To be over at 6 but again they were late with the table And the food that we never got. So the tall whiteskinny guy I Assume is the manager told that he would totally refund the for the party and we could stay as long as we want .Some Chinese man came over and changed up we left out and he ran to The parking lot to stop one of the kids daddy who came. I'm giving 2 stars because I am disappointed. The last two times that I have ever gone everything has been wonderful. But this... time I went and the lady at the register explained the deals to me for the month of Oct. I was trying to get the extra 30 minwith the hour I was purchasing but I was doing the Wednesday deal they have, she explained to me that they can't do that whichcool I got that. But going to redeem tickets, she decided to jip us of our tickets, there is a minion card game in this locationand EACH card is *50 tickets* If you collect all colors its *100 tickets for the set They even have a card that is rainbow thatis *100 tickets* itself It even shows on the machine in the front that each card is *50 TICKETS* So please tell me why she addedthem up as *5 tickets* each?!?! We had 18 CARDS 18! The total of tickets that should have been added to us was *900tickets* Seeing as they are supposed to be *50 tickets* each! I am very upset mainly because I don't work hard for my money tobe screwed over. I'm hoping someone will help resolve this issue cause after today I will not be returning and will take myfamily else where. Read more
Loses a star for no animatronics, another for it taking 45 minutes to make a pizza for the second customer of the day, and drink... machines (ALL of em) didn't work properly and the employees only response was "I need to fix that". In recap no animatronics,slow kitchen, and lastly very poor customer service. Not to mention very expensive to boot. P.S. there are no tunnels or slideslike in the pics here. All video games. I took my daughter and her 2 friends Saturday 9/10/22 at 5:40 pm. Walk up to order pizza and was told they could not make pizza... since they was out of dough. How can a pizza place not have pizza. Read more
Tried to enjoy some time with the kids at Chuckee Cheese but that time turned into extreme frustration when it took over an hour... to get out food. Tried to get an employee to ask what's taking so long just to continue to be brushed off and ignored. Overpriced garbage that is not worth the wait. Read more

The Athens location is located in a nice shopping center in a nice part of town. I was impressed with how tidy and clean the... inside was. So your feelings don?t get hurt when you get there go ahead and take at least a $100 bill out and kiss it goodbye.We spent approx $100 on 1 pizza, 4 drinks, and 1.5 hours of game time for 2 kids. The pizza is actually very good. Overall, thisis a great spot to let the kids get some energy out while the parents can chill at the booth. Will definitely go back. Read more
We had a blast. Honestly, didn?t know what to expect but we loved it. A couple of notes and tips? - Don?t feel pressure to get... every kid you bring their own game card. We had a 2 and 4 year old and it was easy to share it between them. You just have towait 20 seconds between scanning for a game. This is easier if you have a parent for each younger kid to put off with. Grabcard, scan, pass off card, run and grab card, repeat. If your kids are 8+ then yeah, they might need their own. 1 hour wasplenty for us. And I guess you can choose 60 points or 60 minutes?but the 60 points is not unlimited. That would be more of atraditional - ?this game costs 1 point to play.? I?d go with the 60 minutes unlimited unless you?re VERY slow. We probablyplayed 100+ games. - Get the app and look for deals. We got our 1 hour of unlimited play for $17.99 instead of $26. - It wasclean, employees were kind and the manager was great. They have a kid safety check thing that gives you some peace of mind aswell. - Chuck E did come out, even though we were practically the only people there. We wouldn?t have cared if he didn?t, butappreciated that he did. - I was surprised that even with the unlimited game play, there were all types of games: coin drop,football toss, skeeball, 4 player games, kiddie rides, etc. They even have tons of picture booths that are included with theunlimited card. - We didn?t get any food. Ate beforehand. Seemed a bit overpriced. But I can?t really say anything withouthaving tried it. All in all I was pleasantly surprised. They did more than enough to earn my business. I will say, it waspretty dead when we went, so it might be more chaotic to get the most out of your unlimited gameplay on like a Friday night forexample. Read more
