I eat one meal a day so for me getting a good size meal is important. 4/7 days I chose chipotle. BUT every time I order online... I?m always disappointed and left with a half sized bowl or burrito. It?s insane and I?ve complained everytime and nothingchanges. I ordered a double chicken burrito with double rice, beans, cheese and sour cream and get what looks like a halfportion of everything. Every time I do an online order for a pick up or delivery, the portion size is ridiculously small. This is a double chicken... salad bowl that is just filled with beans, not even with salad mix. They just added in lettuce on the top and that was it.Usually when I order in person, salad bowl includes kale, lettuce, and spinach to replace the rice portion. Just becausecustomers won?t see the food before they get home doesn?t mean chipotle can cut down on portion and quality. I would personallynever recommend anyone to order online from chipotle. Also, can?t believe they put in that lettuce end to fill the empty spacein the container. Read more
The cashier forgot to give us our cups and the way they make quesadillas is unlike the better Chipotle locations I?ve visited. I... don?t think they have the same toaster oven other stores have, so they made it on a grill in the aluminum foil and served it tome like this, in the hot aluminum foil they had just taken off the grill without folding or cutting it and without a lid despitehaving ordered take-out. The small cheese sauce isn?t worth the money either. Read more
On today 8-11-22 I ordered two chicken bowls and the young lady that was fixing my food gave me spicy instead of regular. She... didn?t ask me would I like spicy or regular. When I got home the chicken was too spicy to eat. Read more

I did online order and every other time got a good amount because I got extra everything, but this time and last time I ordered,... I got this amount in the picture. I could already tell there was a lot less than usual because it was so easy to shake around.The chicken I tried from a friend's tasted spoiled, and portions are really little now. Twice now I have driven all the way this location to pick up door dash orders only to stand outside locked doors an hour early... and to be ignored by all staff members inside the restaurant. Finally after about half an hour they come to the door and tell methat they are closed and don't have my delivery orders. The people who work here are rude and lazy and have no customer valuewhat so ever. Higher management needs to clean this store out and start with fresh new employees who care about customersatisfaction. I didn't even want to give them one star. Read more
