If you've been to a Chili's before then its no different. The service was fast and efficient. I got one of their burgers and it... was very good. Things were pretty well priced for what you got. I would recommend a local restaurant over a chain any day but ifits all you got this is a great place to go. (If you burger but somewhere local, I recommend "Clocked" down town) Read more
I had a bad experience the other day. I placed and order for curbside pickup. I waited in the check in spot for 20 minutes. I... checked in two times no one came out with my food. One person came out and bought another cars food and asked my car the nameshe went back inside did not come back out with my food. So my daughter had to go inside and get our food it was just sitting onthe counter, 20 minutes or more had passed so of course our food was cold. I got home called the restaurant and asked to speakwith a manager. I got an apology and said they will take care of the staff in handing doing better also the manager asked for myname an email to send me two coupons for the inconvenience I went through. I did not have a good experience!!! I ordered the Margarita chicken entrée the first one I received was a lovely lay out but... the chicken was cold, so I had to send it back to the kitchen. When I received my second plate this is what was given to me!!!!Raw chicken no grill lines just suace thrown on it all sloppy looking, so I had to send it back to the kitchen Again!! The lastplate I decided to get no meat just mashed potatoes and broccoli ???? healthy and yes it was cooked properly... I was neveroffered and refill on my sweet tea, I had to ask a different waiter if they would kindly give me a refill, which was way past meeating appetizers. NOT OK... Slow service, slow food, and probably won?t return even though the food is very good. The chips were hot and the salsa is very... consistent with all the other Chili?s I have visited. The fajita beef nachos were delicious. Love Chili?s TexMex food butservice just wasn?t there today. Read more
Wasted my time spending a birthday here... I came HERE because I love chili?s and I love the boneless wings.. but first of all... they couldn?t seat my party of 8 together because they only have ONE table that can accommodate a large party.. they said wecould wait for them to finish or put two tables together.. and even for the two tables we had to wait.. and when we got seatedit wasn?t even 2 tables put together.. so I?m not even sure what the wait was for. My party had to be split up and it?s mybirthday... ?? Then I ordered my favorite thing, the boneless wings and they literally had 10% sauce on them ... it was just abad experience and I?m disappointed. I wish I hadn?t come here. I have been to Chillis few times. Everytime the experience with service was not good either. I think they are biased me and my... friends usually were alloted tables at like off spot. The recent experience was really bad they mentioned the service timingstill 11 pm but me and my friends went at 10:15pm but were not allowed to dine in but they are taking the orders for to go. Thiswas kind of felt wrong. I am really dissapointed there are still restaurents like this. I anyway not plan on going there orrecommend in my circle.
