Food is delicious if they have the food items in stock. Don?t go after 8:00 pm you will have fewer items to choose from. They... have delicious fruit and mint blended drinks if they have them. I went at 8:30 Tuesday night and they were cleaning the drinkbar up. Not sanitary while customers are still trying to get to the soda fountain. Read more

Update- I love Cava. I?ve been there so many times since the initial review, the food is great. My most recent time there, did... not have the best experience, which is not usual for me. Not everyone, but a few of the staff this particular day were very rudeand had 0 customer service. I hate to see things like this because I genuinely love this place and have never had this situationthere. I know times are tough and people are over worked but kindness goes a really long way! I will be back because I trulyenjoy Cava, but it definitely made me weary of this location and the staff I might encounter. Which is why I?m loosing a star.This obviously does NOT adhere to everyone working there, as I have never had a problem before. Delicious. Staff was sofriendly. I have gone a few times since CAVA in Athens first opened. The service and quality has progressively gone down hill. My latest... takeout order was pitiful? filling up a third of the bowl. A complete waste of time and money. Will not be returning. Read more
Overall this was fine. Some of the ingredients are really good and pack a lot of flavor. But both of my bowls were missing... ingredients. And the avocado in one of them was pretty gross. Will give it a try again, but not in a rush. Read more
Opening weekend was a bit nuts. So if you want to avoid the line using the app and ordering ahead is the way to go. Food is... tasty and I?m in love with the green and grain bowl. Cava has good quality food and generous portions! I dined in with family and there was plenty of indoor seating available. The... line was really slow and the lady who put my salad together could use some smiling lessons but the food was soooo tasty so Igive it 5 stars. Read more
