Food tasted very old. Mozzarella sticks were burnt and the "cheese" inside them looked like dried glue. Fries tasted like they'd... been sitting since the day before. My Whopper Jr was good though and so was my son's Baconator. Read more
Alot of times they r short staffed... Which doesn't matter unless you r in a hurry . The employs they have always make the... burgers and frys taste great with a smile . Also the milkshake machine, is more consistent then there competitors. Read more
Standard customer service. Whopper was as good as it usually is. Fries could've been more fresh, but were still decently crispy.... 8 piece chicken nuggets were a sore disappointment. Terrible customer service at drive through and at window with another woman. Both women were very short or non responsive and... tried to charge me for more than 1 sauce packet after purchasing 2 entrees. I couldn't finish placing my order since she wasuninterested in helping me. Fix your employees attitudes and drive through speaker since you can barely hear from it. Well let me start by saying it's fast food so expectations are always low. 3 people nearly 30 bucks. When I asked for more ranch... for chicken fry I was told $0.57 each. That to me is crazy. Then the ketchup was behind the counter and asking for it earned mea dirty look and 3 packs. Tomatoes were mush, patty a smashed non-seared (which is what burger King prides itself on) Itty bittyslice of overcooked meat. All in all terrible.
