Surprisingly good meal. I don't mean that with malice, rather because the last meal was only ok. I'm very glad that we gave... them another chance! Wasn't going to leave a poor review, as the food here is actually very good and decently priced. Yesterday i picked up a takeout... order and my wifes food was not made properly. Called the restuarant and was told that i could get a replacement meal thefollowing day, only to be told today that they would only give 50% off after wasting my time and money the previous day only toprovide a meal my wife wouldn't eat. Horrible ownership, as the owner himself is the one who reneged on the promise to providea replacement meal. I will also be telling my workplace, who orders bretts once a month for a decent size group, to never placean order here again, as the service is abhorrent. They also charge a takeout fee, so if you want to eat your meal outside ofthe restaurant, I would recommend not ordering food here, they dont even put napkins in the take out bag. If you like greedybusiness owners, this is the place for you. One comped meal for poor service is all i asked and they couldn't even dothat. Edit: I went in person to speak to someone about a refund, and an employee named Emily, if i remember right, fixed theissue for me. She was great and understood my frustration at being lied to and made things right. Keep that one Brett, she isobviously more business minded than you. Read more

I used to get the chicken quesadilla once a week for more than 6 months, but the last three times that I have gotten it, it was... awful. It did taste like deli meet, as one other person said. Don't order much anymore. Food is just not as good as it use tobe... I hate it that it's gotten that way. Read more
