This place has great food . The best time to go is in the morning. There must be a manager on the first shift. It's always busy... and the food is good . But In the afternoon every time I have tried to get a family meal no matter what chicken I get it'salways a 30 minute wait. For them to cook the chicken.( I thought it was fast food ) I know that the frier has been on sincebreakfast . Lol ???? Good food ???? My best advice is to go before supper. Read more
Ordered a family meal? food was missing. Trying to contact the store because we do not live close and no answer. This is... extremely annoying and on top of that the wait was a little bit much. This was a horrible experience before we even got food. I was greeted with a crude welcome in the drive thru. I placed my order... and pulled forward. While sitting at the window I could hear the whole store was in some sort of an uproar. I was then asked topull forward and they would bring my order out. My husband went to get two meals. Sat for 3 to 4 minutes when finally someone said rudely "wait". So my husband waited yet... longer in drive thru. Still nothing. So he left. This is the second time and now last time he will go there. Been terribleservice each time. Read more
This location is out of something every time I go there. Went here a month or so ago and they were out of orange juice. A week... ago there didn?t have any Cajun Filet Chicken for biscuits. Today they were out of coffee. It took forever to get my order thismorning because they were waiting for biscuits to be cooked. After I finally got my order, I went to McDonald?s to get mycoffee. McDonald?s should have gotten all of my breakfast business and probably will next time. This location has a problem! Ihaven?t had any issue with the food quality, like other customers have stated, and the staff is always apologetic about theshortages and the long waits. Place is dysfunctional as they come. Several times they have shut down drive through while cars are sitting in line waiting for... 15 mins or more.
