I really just love this place. Went with a friend for the first time and I can?t wait to go back for more. I moved to Athens... last year and I always knew it was missing something coffee wise.. Bitty & Beau brings the secret touch to Athens that itneeded. Really pleasant customer service and exceptional cafe vibes. Modern place, very quiet atmosphere with no music playing. Everything we ordered was just okay - the cinnamon bun was good but... hardly warmed, and my friend found a hair in hers:/. The tea is also good, but they give you a tea bag and a cup of hot water,so you have to wait for it to brew and cool down which took a good 15 minutes for mine to be a drinkable temperature, theyprobably use boiling water. Visited yesterday before and after the Arkansas game (11 AM game). I?m from Atlanta and had no idea this place existed before.... Friend had caramel latte and I had regular latte. It was the best coffee I?ve had in at least 3 years, maybe more. Then I talkedto the owner and the mission and his experience. Blown away by everything. Clean, bright, happy, rewarding, and darn goodcoffee with great service. Visited after the game on way back to car for an iced coffee. I will be back! Love it. Read more
