The customer service was nice and nothing against the people who made my order but I got a burrito bowl which consists of mostly... rice and the rice is underdone. Drove from a couple blocks away, picked up, got back, food was totally cold. Maybe 30 min. Not, 'This is barely warm.' As in,... 'When was the last time this food knew heat?' The staff was in the back talking and laughing when I arrived and nobody came outfor five minutes... But again, this was not a temperature differential produced by a brief cooling. this is a review for all barberitos in the world: how about some spice? everything is so bland for this white guy. none of the... sauces of the salsa bar have any heat whatsoever. I think Pace picante medium is twice as hot as anything they have.. there isthat Ronnie brownish sauce that they offer you if you want more hot but one of their fresh salsas should have some heat to it aswell. as for that gross brown "hot"sauce you can throw that out the window no one likes it. Placed an order online through the app. It was ready earlier than expected. The order was made exactly as ordered. Great serving... of chips! Burrito was a lot bigger than I expect!
