The customer service was nice and nothing against the people who made my order but I got a burrito bowl which consists of mostly... rice and the rice is underdone. Every other bite is hard crunchy rice. I tried to call when I got back to work with my takeoutorder and no one picked up the phone ?? I got the spinach burrito with spicy chicken and it was honestly pretty good. All the ingredients were good and tasted fresh the... salsas were also good. Drove from a couple blocks away, picked up, got back, food was totally cold. Maybe 30 min. Not, 'This is barely warm.' As in,... 'When was the last time this food knew heat?' The staff was in the back talking and laughing when I arrived and nobody came outfor five minutes... But again, this was not a temperature differential produced by a brief cooling.
