Tonight was the first night I've been to Andy's, and the custard itself was great; however, I'm really only leaving this review... to thank and commend the closing staff on 11/4/2022. My group and I were eating in the little area adjacent to the shop and ahomeless man walked up shaking from alcohol withdrawal begging for water. Despite being busy with closing, the employeesresponded to me knocking on the window and pantomiming for water. We were able to give the man water, and talk him into going tothe hospital down the street to get some help. I want to thank the closing staff so much for helping us help potentially savethis man's life. So thank you all so much for that. Read more
Best ice-cream ???? in town in my opinion
Really good frozen custard. Very nice young people working there, the atmosphere is a little odd. Limited outdoor seating, ... close to a busy road. The property was clean and I imagine that's a tough job considering the location! Read more
Rich creamy frozen delights in a wide range of flavors and combos. I know I'm probably old school but I've never been a big... custard fan. But this is pretty tasty. It's like traditional ice cream shop meets Dairy Queen Blizzard, with custard instead ofice cream. So you get a rich creamy kind of feel with all the additives of a blizzard. It hits the spot. The location has kindof a interesting indoor outdoor field to it. The large garage doors are lifted up in the pleasant weather and I guess they'rerolled down when it gets cooler outside. But it gives it kind of an open air feel. There are metal benches to sit on. The menuis on the wall and you basically pick out what you want versus the traditional ice cream shop "look at all the flavors". Itseemed like a lot of people were just staring at the menu trying to figure out what they wanted. And there's a confusing arrayof choices. But I think you're going to get something cool and sweet so just go for it. Parking is a little bit limited and itseems a little tight because of the drive-thru on the side, but there are adjacent parking lots that could probably be used. Wewere there on a Saturday night and there was a fair amount of pedestrian traffic coming from nearby restaurants. I think icecream is still my favorite of dessert choices. But this is pretty good. It's a rich velvety texture versus ice cream is morecool and creamy. Look at me, I sound like a connoisseur! Read more
Taste good lots of choices. However price is little high though the portion is way to big. I just wish they will give smaller... size option and affordable price so more people could even more enjoy ???? Read more
We got the strawberry & chocolate concrete and it was SO tasty! We ordered and stepped aside for others to get up to the order... window and instead of calling for us, they had set our order out in front of the next customer in line who grabbed it out ofconfusion. They made us another one to make up for it though, so it wasn't a huge deal! Very yummy custard and the building isvery unique! Read more

Custard was delicious, which is why I gave the 2 stars, but we watched our custard melt on the counter as the lady walked by it... multiple times to make a drive thru order that came in after us. I even asked if it was ready and she said, ?yes, but I?m theonly one here.? If she had set them on the counter, in front of us, it would be no problem as they were finished. But instead,they sat out of reach and melted as she walked past them. It would have taken her less than 2 seconds to move them from thecenter prep area to the window.
