So bland and flavorless. It?s crazy that this is the same restaurant as the American deli on Epps bridge yet it tastes so... different. I literally taste nothing. Thank God it?s hot because if it were cold I may as well be eating plastic food. I don?ttaste a THING. I asked for light sauce because they normally drown the wings in sauce but maybe that?s why... was the chickenseasoned? I need to know. The rice is hard. And also tastes like nothing. I almost wanna put some salt in the rice but it?sFRIED RICE so it should have some flavor from sesame oil or something but no. Must have been fried in vegetable oil. Place looked janky,kind of run down and sketch. No issues with the food but the guy at the pick up window seemed inattentive.... Had to ask for napkins, straws,etc. Shouldn't that type of service be a given...? #PostCovidWorldissues Read more

The last few times I ordered wings from them, they were extremely overcooked to the point of not even being edible. When calling... in an order, they were less than courteous. They USED to have great food & service. They have neither now. Read more
First, this is not a deli. No fresh cut salami here. It serves everything from sandwiches and wings to gyro. Not much... atmosphere in the dining area....seems cold and stark, but the service was fast and the food was good. I had a Phili Steaksandwich drink and fries for $8 which was very tasty. I just came from American Deli. I ordered at the drive thru window. The young light skinned lady at the window who took my order... was so rude. She has the worst customer service ever. I usually brag about the cashiers at the drive thru window because theyare usually very pleasant and nice. But this evening about 30 minutes ago, I drove up, and the Young black or biracial lady justlooked at me. She didn't say hello . There was no type of greeting. So I asked her how she was doing today. She rolled her eyesand said "fine". So I started ordering and she seemed as if me placing my order was bothering her. Her face was in a frown theentire time. I felt so unwelcomed. To the point I started to cancel my order, but I continued anyway. She took my card. When shegave me the card back along with my receipt she didn't even say thank you. So I told her thank you. It was just a bad customerexperience for me. I probably won't come back to this location. Its very puzzling. The cashiers are usually very friendly. Thislady was not friendly at all. Read more
