Flavor is good but consistency is awful! Smoothie was not smooth; it had ice, frozen spinach, and fruit chunks about half the... size of a standard ice cube. Need a spoon not a straw for it, too. Plus, service is very slow. Read more
At one point, I was visiting SK every morning. I no longer have to pass by SK to get to work so I do not go every morning, but I... do still try to visit 2-3 times/week. Lately, I have not seen my favorite employee. She was always so sweet and kind, greeted mewith a smile, seemed genuinely interested in my morning/day, and would even ask about my school year (as I am a teacher). Notonly that, she was the ONLY person in that establishment who made my smoothie (I always order the exact same thing) the same wayevery single visit. Others either don't blend it the thouroughly, or don't add/add too much of an ingredient that throws thetaste off, etc. During one of my last visits, I asked if the young lady was on vacation since I had not seen her. The employeewho served me told me that not only is the employee I asked about no longer employed there, but that "she was fired." Myresponse was "oh...ok." I was disappointed in hearing this, but I was also a bit mortified that the young lady would volunteerinformation that she was not specifically asked about. She didn't end with that. She ended up telling me that the ex employeewas "doing a lot of things she shouldn't have been doing." Wow. Someone in charge should really school these young ladies on thepotential legal ramifications of outing someone's personal business to the general public. My visits had already lessened.
