Went to eat in tonight. No one would wait on us. They were short of people, but did not tell us they were closing the lobby.... Instead of taking our order the girl kept cleaning to close the lobby. She could have told us but didn't. They took order afterorder at the drive thru, but not ours. No manager there. You know they could have locked the door took our order and thencleaned. We love Panda Express, but we don't have to eat there. Short of people or not , if you can take drive thru orders youcan take ours. They lost a customer, but customer service doesn't seem to matter anymore. Read more
It's been a while since I've been to a Panda Express. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. They were out of food... items and the portion sizes have gotten smaller. The Teriyaki chicken having a packet of teriyaki sauce instead of in a cup wasdisappointing. Wasn't as thick. Food wasn't very hot. Overall it was ok, but nothing to brag about Read more
We went there on Sunday 9/18/22 and they were short staffed and busy. The young lady working both the dining customers and the... drive through at the same time was busting her butt and always had a smile and kind words while apologizing for the wait. Shehad absolutely nothing to apologize for! She deserves a raise. They get 5 stars all day! All 3 of them were going above andbeyond! Read more
The lady taking the order was multi-tasking very well. She never missed a beat with our orders, even though she was directing... the kitchen and filling drive-thru orders. Food was excellent as usual. Read more
Great place to eat! The service here is awesome! The restaurant is very clean! Cashiers are super nice! Food is piping hot! Rice... is delicious! Shrimp is freaking super delicious!
