It is unimaginable that a McDonald's can be this disgusting, and poorly ran. After seeing the dining area and the cook area, I'd... be amazed if you would want to still eat here. Everything not stocked, garbage cans overflowing on to the ground, everything outof stock, every inch of every table, drink area and floor covered with old food, wrappers, and spilled condiments. The cook areawas even worse. I took a co worker through the drive through, and the kid taking the order had to stop talking mid sentencebecause the other workers were messing around with him. He said " quit messing with me, I'm taking some one's order" 3 times.This McDonald's is in shambles, and needs to be saved. Worst McDonald's I've ever stepped foot in. Spare your selfs thedisappointment, and food poisoning. Side note. A few of the workers look like they had not showered in a week, and had no glovesor any protection to cleanly handle people's food. They were short hand, plus the lady working the window was losing her voice. She was very friendly, I think they were handling... the rush as best as they could. I hope people were patient with them. Read more
The food was amazing. It was hot fresh and delicious. I ordered it my two cheeseburgers without pickles and they were made... properly. However the service was very slow. Overall good visit. Read more
Customer service has gone the way of the dinosaur just about everywhere. But McDonald's has to be the worst. At least this one... here on 72 in athens, al. I have to order atcthe counter because the kiosk doesn't offer the option of a regular bun for a bigMac as opposed to the sesame seed bun. I stood at the counter at least 10 minutes and was stared at by multiple team members andthe manager. All of which made no move to take my order or explain why they aren't coming right away to take my order it wasn'tuntil I said in a loud voice that I needed to place an order did someone come over, look at me as if my head were green andbegin to give excuses for why they took so long. Driving since 3am for the Iron Bowl and stopped here at like 6-7am for a coffee and breakfast. The beautiful ladies in the... drive-thru were so sweet, really made my stressful morning a lot nicer. Everything was warm & just as I ordered, and was superspeedy even for there not really being anyone there. Have stopped at this location a couple times (drive-thru) and have neverhad any problems.
