The absolute worse chicken sandwich and fries I have ever tried to eat. We stop in this afternoon after a trip. I love the... chicken sandwich back home. When I got my sandwich it was cold and the chicken patty was very small. The fries tasted like theyhad been cooked for a long while. I told my husband I don?t even think I can now eat at the one back home again. This was theworse take out food I have ever received. My husband said his sandwich and fries were cold too. I LOVE bonangles. But, the lady with glasses and a wrist brace was sticking her bare wrist brace in everybody's food boxes and... it just absolutely disgusted me. Especially when everybody else has gloves on to prepare food. Not to mention she was rude anddidn?t listen at all. Read more

Bojangles is normally set up to be quick service. That's why I go here. They had one person up front 20 people in line and... after 10 minutes not one person was serve so I left. I left the two staff members sitting at a table casually talking to eachother during the said Rush. If they're on break, the manager should be fired for having two employees on break during themorning rush. Read more
I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here. The employees are always so friendly and genuinely kind. The first time I... ever visited, I tried to stop and order a few dozen cinnamon & boberry biscuits on my way to work, not realizing that they weremade fresh and I wouldn't have time to wait for them to cook. I asked to cancel my order but instead, the man asked where Iworked and brought them to me about 30 minutes later, fresh and hot, free of charge (I tipped generously, of course, but thepoint was that he never once asked for a delivery fee, he was just doing it to be kind).
