crackheads running wild, kid was so high he forgot my food i had to wait 30 min- 45 min for bagel mini?s to come half... microwaved. my wife was upset while our 2 year old son cried the whole time. please help this place or put a needle dispensaryout front of the job site. please and thank you. Me and a co-worker walked in and were greeted with stares from the staff. No one was in line or seating area but they were fully... staffed. Went to the counter and nobody came to take our order, I went to restroom and came back and my co-worker still had notbeen served. I said hello to the closest worker and everyone looked over and smiled but still not one person said can I help youor anything. Extremely negative experience. Inside is not clean. Chocolate donut smeared on the floor. Employee told us it had been there... since 7am we ordered at 11am. She did not have time to clean it. She definitely had time. Took me 30 seconds to clean it forher. Sandwich girl used no gloves nor proper handwashing. Attendant was wiping his nose and then preparing coffee for drivethru. Paper napkins, to go bags all over the floor. These are all clear as day food code violations. Where is management. Mychildren asked a simple question about donuts and attendant was rude. Stating dont ask us we dont know i just work here.Unfortanute since the kids get excited for donuts. We have been here many times and witnessed many things. Always just chalkedit up to a tough day. This dunkin donuts always does something disgusting or wrong. The last time I was here was 4 months ago so here I go today... giving it another try its legit 3 min from my house. Well this morning by accident a worker put her finger in my coffeecoolatta when putting the lid on. She seemed nervous and was like I gotta remake this I gotta remake this as she was going todump it out another worker said no what are you doing m she told her my finger was in it and the customer saw the co workerproceeded to say just put it back in the blender and remix it. I asked the first girl who put her finger in It by accident. Isaid "she's not putting that back in the mixer right?" She said uhh no. Then the girl comes back within like 30 seconds with thedrink(so how could they have remade it so fast and I heard NO BLENDER go off) and I asked is this the same beverage as beforeshe just says no.. I get my food it's not hot! They ran out of containers so they gave me a greasy dirty box from the food andI had to go back home and put the sandwich in the oven and I refuse to drink the drink. It's just so unacceptable how simple itis to warm up food and make a beverage I know I worked in food service for years!!! It's just so upsetting that somewhere localcannot get this right. what a waste honestly. usually staff is super friendly, i never have a problem with the staff. but i ordered 2 donuts, a frozen... chocolate, and 2 plain bagels with cream cheese. i got an unmixed frozen chocolate, 2 burnt raisin bagels, and no donuts. whenwe asked for our money back or for them to fix the order they told us there was nothing they can do and that they "did theirpart". this dunkin never does anything right, it needs to shut down. spent $30 dollars for nothing. If I could give a negative stars I would. Dunkin in this area has gone down. This one wasn't so bad but it's only getting worse.... Had 5 cars in front of me in Drive thru, they still didn't have my bagel with cream cheese ready when I got to window, had towait out front for 5 mins( probably because they never even started to make it) and then I get home to find...half smashedbagel, cream cheese not spread,bagel not toasted... I went here 2 days in a row after w while since its closest to my house. First time I had went back I ordered 2 hash browns... through drive through I recieved 2 burned, overcooked and soggy hash browns. I had to drive 7 minutes back to get them switched.My 2nd time back I ordered a chocolate chip muffin, after starting to eat it I realized the inside was RAW. Not Happy, wish theywould do better. Although the customer service seems to be getting better but food quality has taken a hit. Read more
