We've traveled all around the work to several food countries and this place restored my hope in excellent American food and... service. Houston is a food town and its foods is as diverse as its people and this one does us proud. Our server Lisa Mariewas amazing and the ambiance was friendly and Southern! The food and service were good. My wife got a boil and I got a dish that lets you choose 3 options from a list. The red beans... and rice was really good. The shrimp and grits were really good also. The gumbo wasn't my favorite but that doesn't mean youshouldn't try it. It just wasn't what I'm used to. My wife liked her boil. She got shrimp, sausage, and eggs. We also got angryedimame.
