Reviews for Street 14 Café in Astoria, OR
Negative experience. Bummer cuz this place has so much potential. Service was terrible. Took forever for the food to come out... and the place was practically empty. One of our party only got part of their food and by the time the rest came their food wascold. Some of the food had good taste and was unique. The coffee drinks were both good and I liked the design on top to make itspecial. Such a mixed review good and really bad. I for sure will not come back here. Hopefully this was just a bad day for themcuz otherwise I doubt they will stay in business. Read more
Food/drinks were good but expensive for what you got. (Spent $6 for a 12oz chia with soymilk?!) I ordered the mushroom bowl and... it was pretty tasty, but the potatoes were not cooked all the way and had a little too much black beans. Staff was superfriendly but it took forever to get our breakfast. Probably won't be back. But, it was a nice atmosphere and it seems like afun coffee house. Read more
Lovely atmosphere with a great remodel. Drinks are excellent and service friendly. Food was not bad, but not something people... would rave about. Used areas were clean, but other areas could use a cleaning. I doubt the lights were dusted in the lastyear. Read more

Went here to pick up breakfast the other day and was impressed by both the friendly service and the quality of the food and... drinks. I got the veggie quiche, which was excellent- flaky crust, with zucchini and poblano peppers inside. My husband got thebreakfast burrito and said it was almost as good as those we used to get in So Cal- high praise coming from him. We willdefinitely make a point of coming back next time we are in town. Read more
Service and coffee drinks were excellent and spot-on. Very friendly service! Went for brunch- as others have said, they make an... excellent Bloody Mary, balanced perfectly. My partner had a hot toddie, which was great. The not-so-great: The potatoes in thebreakfast burrito were bland and lacked seasoning or browning. The eggs and black beans were good, but due to the potatoes, itwas underwhelming at best- an easy improvement would be to grill it. The veggie hash was good with fresh and atypicalingredients, but the pieces of delicata squash were too big as the skin is too tough to cut with a knife- also therefore anunderwhelming dish. Suggest smaller pieces and/or peeling it first. We avoided the crowds on the day after Christmas, so ourservice was fast and the food and coffee was hot. Not a lot of indoor seating. Read more
Lovely cafe with a great menu for breakfast/brunch. Creative drinks and kind staff. Music was playing a little too loudly to... accommodate studying or working remotely. Their genre choice reminds me of an early 2000s high school flick introducing all thegroups as the main character walks horrified through a crowded hallway. Plan to stop by for breakfast soon!
