First, SEA Crab House has some really great views, both outside on their private pier, and inside by the large windows. Second,... they have very good service, given with lots of love and attention. Third, they have easy and convenient parking, both on thepier, and on the street. Fourth, SEA Crab House has VERY delicious food with an awesome presentation. Finally, although the fareis not inexpensive, neither is it very expensive. It's a good place to watch the annual Astoria Regatta, and take out-of-townvisitors. I'll be back again soon. Read more
We ordered two boils. One was clams, Mussels, shrimp, and crawfish in garlic butter sauce. The other was king crab, snow crab,... Dungeness crab, and Lobster in the SEA special sauce extra spicy. Bring back the crab roll. Cool place with a nice view of the water in Astoria. Good service. We got there the day after they... changed the menu. I'm from Chicago, where crab boil restaurants can be found anywhere. The menu looked very original prior toswitching it to look like every menu at every crab boil spot I've been to. This was a good one time experience. But we would not eat here again. The food was overcooked, and both of our orders that were... fried were under fried. The sweet potato fries needed to have a second dip in a higher temp oil. Sadly the build your own boilhas a fundamental flaw. Some of the items in there need less time then others. This causes an issue with the majority of itbeing overcooked. In summary a nice time out as a whe but would not pick the same place again. Especially for just short of$300!! Read more
