I always pass this place on my way to the dog park and I finally went in today to grab a sandwich for lunch and the sandwich was... probably the best deli sandwich I've had in a while. No frills, but it was exactly what I wanted--tasty, fresh, and well-priced.I highly recommend stopping by this place if you're around and the guy is super nice too!! Read more

I always pass this place on my walk to my car every morning (parking in Astoria is rough; I live by 28th Ave in the 40s but park... by 24th Ave in the 30s...) and I've noticed this place is pretty busy in the mornings. Today I finally decided to stopin. Ordered a standard bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll. Was super surprised by how fresh and tasty it was. Was even moresurprised that it only cost 4$ when a BEC in most other places is at least 6$. The store itself is small and can probablytrigger claustrophobia in some. I noticed that there's a service window that they perhaps utilize when it's warmer out/morecrowded in store, so that appears to be an option. 10/10 would return! Read more
