Yes! Yes! Yes! Pig Beach Queens is exactly what this part of Astoria needed! I don't know where to begin with this review so... bear with me if it's all over the place. Pig Beach is massive and in the best of ways. Both indoor and outdoor seating areabundant! This is a fantastic place for large groups. The indoor bar is large with TVs surrounding the section. It is a perfectspot if you just want to catch a game and want a fantastic selection of beers and cocktails. Food - quality reigns supreme! Iwasn't sure what to expect in terms of food but the BBQ here is unbelievable. Even the turkey was tender anddelicious! PRO-TIP: Order the sampler platter and one side. That alone is more than enough. Finally, I mentioned the TVsindoors but there are plenty of screens outdoors as well including a MASSIVE screen. The Pig Beach BBQ Queens is a food hall type of place with a laid back super - chill atmosphere. Upon entering it feels like... your waiting to be seated, but once you look around you notice you?re on you are on your own? You continue to walk and noticedthe cafeteria type of ordering system, you grab a tray and look up at the screen for your desired selections, sides and mainselections. Desserts are also available. Can?t miss BbQ place in LIC We?ve made it to Pig Beach BBQ and I have to say this was a biggest restaurant I?ve ever... been. It?s very breeze, good foods, friendly staffs. I?m not a big fan of BBQ things but it?s summertime, so why not? We hadJackfruit, collards, ribs, coleslaw, everything were delicious, tasty. However, it?s too flavorful to me. Some people may likeit but if the flavor tensity is reduced a bit I would say this would be my fav. Btw, since it?s bbq and grilled things, soexpected to have a burned part on your meat as well. This place is huge. Sad to see it so empty on a Thursday evening. We had the sampler platter, hatch wings, brisket, vinegar slaw... and cornbread. The sampler was great! Loved everything in it especially the brisket. Service was quick and staff was attentive.Will come back for sure. Read more
