I ordered a vegan sandwich to go, everything was fine. When I get home and star eating it, it was terrible, the bagel looks... good I ordered a vegan sandwich with tofu vegetables spread. That wasn?t vegetables was just tofu with big chunks of scallions, scallions and more scallions with a little bit of carrots. It took over 20 minutes to get 4 plain toasted bagel from this location. I opened up my order when we get to public area to see... that my order was wrong. I got someone else bagel. I also witnessed that one of the guy order a bagel asked his money back .They could not deliver his plain bagel . Truly incompetent crew. Sorry to say. HOWEVER, Bagels are delish. Read more

Bagels are good and it?s the closest bagel shop to me but the service is so bad that the short walk to the next bagel shop seems... like the only option. A bagel with cream cheese takes at least 10 minutes to get. There are like 15 people working at a time andmost of the time there are only at most 4 customers in the place. I get online orders are popular but the staff is runningaround like the line is out the door and everyone is ordering a dozen bagels. Literally every single time I?ve had to pay,either I have an issue or the person in front of me has an issue. It?s the same cashier and the same issues and the workers allcome over to try and help and there is like 3 people looking at a screen while people are waiting. And than they?re constantlyswitching bagels from bag to bag because they don?t know what is what and whose is whose. Management is not existent at thisplace but is greatly needed. At least one person needs to know what is going on at all times. Instead you have 15 people runningaround aimlessly. Also this is my 9 dollar breakfast sandwich. Read more
Truly the best spot for bagels!!!! Been coming here for 8 years and it never disappointed me. Today i tried the mini everything... bagel tossted with tofu and eggs which was bomb and less than 5$. This is also one of the very few places thst have freslysqeezed orange juice (like they squeeze it in front of you) LOVE Brooklyn Bagel!!! Read more
Strong good quality and flavorful coffee. Not burnt like SB. Decent bagel breakfast sandwich. First time visitor and if I?m in... the area I will definitely stop here again to try more of the menu. Monday morning cashier is very pleasant and customized myiced coffee to my obnoxious specific order with a smile. Read more
LOVE IT!! They are super organized with the way they take orders and then hand you a receipt with your number on it. The staff... is always very friendly and lively. I also always ask for a vanilla latte with extra vanilla and extra milk and it always comesout perfect. Anytime I'm in Astoria i come here for breakfast. Read more
