Beautiful restaurant on the St. John's River!! It was our first time here and it was amazing! The water was up pretty high still... due to hurricane Ian, but it was still beautiful to be so close to the water! Only down fall was the wings being undercooked andour waitress took care of it with urgency! They were much better the second time around Read more

Clean and lovely experience from the get go. We sat upstairs, Lilly the bartender took phenomenal care of us and the food was... outstanding. The breading on some of the fried apps was just right, the Mac bites had a very distinct delicious flavor. Highlyrecommended if you?re in the area. Read more

We stopped in for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon, to be seated right away. The back of the restaurant has a wall of... windows, so everyone has access to the waterfront view. The staff was friendly, establishment was clean, and the menu offeringswere ample. My husband and I both chose shrimp items: his was the Shrimp Po Boy and I went with the fried shrimp. Theseshrimp were not shrimpy in size, but to our surprise were nicely sized and quite tasty. Our order came out correctly, with anice size bowl of black beans & rice...my husband had fries, which were not as plentiful, but were good. The tea wassweet. Our experience was positive and we would definitely go back and bring the family. Read more

My wife and I were regulars at the Blackwater Inn the original name of this restaurant. We didn't know what to expect today... after the restaurant changed hands. Well we were not disappointed at all. The tradition went right along with the restaurant'snew name Drifters Riverfront. Our food selections were excellent. Our server Emily made our afternoon complete. So nice tomeet someone not moaning and groaning about working. She was one of a kind. Thank you Emily and Drifters for a wonderfulafternoon Read more

Absolutely fantastic! Awesome venue, tucked away on a river with boats able to dock and eat. Great food at reasonable prices,... and great wait staff. The fried fish (swai) sandwich was huge, crispy and delicious! Read more

We stopped by here on our way home from swimming at Silver Glen Springs. Three of us ordered fish and chips (2 were grouper and... one was Swai) and one ordered French Dip. Every dish was out of this world. Totally recommend this place. Sit along the river ifyou can. The beautiful view made our experience even greater. Can?t wait to return to this place to try other dishes. Read more
