Good food but doesn't always have what's on the menu
DO NOT GET THE BRISKET!! It's trying to be shredded but it is mushy, almost like paste with occasional shreds of meat. And a 10"... is $8.99! I got a 10" and the brioche. The dog ate $15 of sandwiches. Save yourself. Go to Arby's for brisket. Seriously. :( Read more

I understand that it takes longer for your food to be made if there's a lot of people in the store but I was waiting more than... 15 minutes while everyone before me was getting their food. When I asked the employee behind if my order was being prepared sheacted annoyed and looked like she had no clue and it should have been up there. It turns out it was up there but they nevercalled my number and I couldn't even tell if it was mine because they put it in a brown bag with no number on it. I have been frequenting this store since 2012, and aside from one negative encounter with an employee, my visits have always... been positive. The staff at all three stations are friendly, courteous, and helpful; and they serve great coffees andoutstanding takeout fare at two of those counters. I especially enjoy the sandwiches, subs, and delicious soups! In otherwords the product and the customer service are outstanding. Kudos to the management for establishing a business model thatdefinitely works. This store serves a busy, oftentimes hurried, large consumer base 24/7, and its hardworking employees do sovery courteously and efficiently. I actually enjoy my trips to Wawa on Pennell Rd. They sat there and charged my card which was my last and then gave me a refund on my card which I didn?t want instead of giving... me my money back in cash I am now stuck with trying to figure out what I am going to do for gas since they took my money withoutgiving me my gas manager didn?t even try to accommodate just told me there was nothing they could do showed no compassionknowing gas is already high won?t be coming back to this store if I don?t receive refund will be dispute charge.
