This is the worst place I have ever been in my life .I spent $60.00 on food that I would not even feed my dogs .It was dirty I... should have just left so I guess I?m to blame for being hungry and hoping maybe they just had a rush and didn?t get a chance toclean up yet . We could have gone to the Boston Market in Clifton Heights store. When we did go that store, the food (Clifton Heights)... tasted old. It seems like it might have been recycled. (Like they put out yesterday's food. ) THE FOOD AT THE BOSTON MARKETASTON WAS 1000% TIME BETTER. When we want to go to Boston Market we will go to Aston store. So I did an online order with pickup. Per my son who picked up the order it was ready when he arrived 5 minutes early. I ordered... two meals 1. Chicken Potpie which was delicious ???? 2. 1/2 chicken with 2 sides. My chicken was so burnt. I wasn't able to eatit even with the skin off. I first contacted the restaurant no answer so I contacted cooperate via email who I heard from thenext day. He was very apologetics and offered me a gift card for my troubles which I had never received lol it was the though.Usually my food is never an issue have ate there 2-3 times since. Read more
The service is pretty good, it is spacious and comfortable inside, and most of the food has good flavor..... But it either... hasn't been prepared correctly or the quality of the chickens are subpar. The rotisserie chickens have gone down in flavor andsize, but gown up in price! The garlic herb was very flavorful but soggy and small. Tonight I received the worse chickensandwich I ever had in my life! If this is what the crispy sandwich actually is shipped to restaurants like this should beremoved from the menu! Y'all restaurants are not capable or fit to offer anything "crispy breaded". The restaurant had very fewpeople inside at 6 pm. $12 for a half chicken, two sides, and no drink is crazy!
