I was craving for some rocky road milkshake. It?s usually my friend who orders from here, but this was my first time ordering... it. Around 8:20pm of 7/20/22, the girl who was on drive thru duty wasn?t doing her job really well. I asked for rocky roadmilkshake and she went to check if it was available. Unfortunately, they don?t have it. And when I asked if there?s anythingsimilar to it, she gave me a really disgusting secondhand embarrassing attitude. She then order me to ?just go to the window!?At this point I should?ve left, but I thought the man by the window would have acknowledge the unprofessionalism of the girl.Though, he looked like the manager he was no help, didn?t give me a receipt and overcharged me for a medium instead of a smallmilkshake. This is a dunkin plus baskin robbins store. The staff is polite and courteous. They are open 24 hrs but disappointingly ran out... of most of their ice-cream flavors at around 10 PM and that too on 4th of july. I was hoping they would plan the logisticsappropriately considering it was independence day. Really had a hard time finding something thats available and to myliking. It seems either the server or the person who took the order was not paying attention while i was ordering. Items weremissing and made incorrectly. I had to go back to the store and get my order corrected. They immediately apologized andcorrected the order. I liked that they immediately accepted the mistake and that is why i gave them 2 stars instead of 1.
