This was amazing! We had dinner here on a Sunday night around 7 pm. Contrary to other reviews we found the food to be authentic... and very flavorful! We?ve traveled to Italy before and have Italian in our family so we were very pleased with this meal. Westarted with a Buffalo mozzarella appetizer including prosciutto and grilled veggies. We then had the squid ink fettucciniand Pappardelle Ragu? Toscano with braised lamb. Both were superb! We also had some cocktails (Manhattan and chocolate martini)which were on point. We ended the evening with a tiramisu which was excellent and served with gelato. Our server Alex was veryattentive and friendly. They also have a Sommelier to assist with wine selection. Their wine selection was very extensive andhigh quality. We will definitely be back next time we are in Aspen! Read more
As a long time local I look forward to hating new places but have to admit that I'm a huge fan. The space is much more alive... than when it was Pinions - brighter and louder. Been in twice now, sat at the bar both times and had terrific service from Bradyand Colin. Terrific wine by the glass selection, memorable classic Italian food, and had Angelo come and introduce himself. Read more
We had a fabulous dinner at Casa D?Angelo. We had a Buffalo Mozzarella that was out of this world. I had the Veal Chop special... stuffed with Prosciutto and cheese with a wild mushroom sauce it was so delicious and tasty. My wife had a lobster dish and thatwas a bit too salty for her. Service was impeccable and the staff was very accommodating to all of our needs and questions.Would definitely go here again. Reservations are highly recommended. Read more

Over the top delicious, amazing & everything you can expect from a 5 star establishment!! This place is the best restaurant in... Aspen!! Every dish was not only delicious but also gorgeously presented & tastefully spiced. The service was also over the topamazing!! The staff makes you feel like family & the chef even came out to greet the customers.
