I had the Walleye, potato wedges, and chicken dumpling soup...some great bar food. The fish was fried perfectly and the wedges... were crisp on the outside with just the right snap, yet soft on the inside. Everyone was pleasant, service was great,and thepeople were friendly to this Cowboys fan ???? and being right across the street from historic Lambeau field, you can't ask for abetter view. The downside of the night was a guy who came in trying to start some trouble but the bartender was professionaland had said the words "it's time to go", and the staff stepped in, stepped up, and took care of business. Overall, it was agreat night with a lot of laughter, good food, drinks, and great people! Even if they were Green Bay Packers fans! Thanks for agood time Kroll's! Read more
Great food with a laid back atmosphere. Not a hurry up fast food joint. You can have a beer with your meal. Easy in and out.... Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. I will eat there again. Read more

The decor is fun and feels like an old supper club with the colors and rounded booths. The burgers and fries were also good, but... the service was horrible the night we went. By the time we found the note on the menu telling us we had to ring a bell forservice, and then found the bell on the back side of our booth, we had been sitting there for 10 minutes without a single staffmember acknowledging us- and there were only two other tables of people in our dining room. Then, when we ordered drinks, ittook another 10 minutes to get them because the bartender was doing shots and having a long conversation with customers. The kidwaiting on us tried to cover for her saying that she was backed up, but we could see her standing there chatting away and doingshots. To top it off, she screwed up our drinks. Our waiter, while very nice, had no urgency. He only had three tables and nevercame back to check on us until our food was almost gone. Then he forgot the drinks we requested. I ended up going up to thefountain to get my own glass of water, and not a single employee noticed as they were all in the back. The bathrooms were alsodisgusting. One stall had no toilet paper and there was water and wet toilet paper all over the floor. If it was a game day, Icould understand, but it was a random Thursday night. They had signs up saying that they're hiring, so I understand that theyare probably short staffed, but it would be nice if the staff that they do have had a little more urgency. We even had to waitfor someone to come to the register to ring us up, and we could see them all just standing in the kitchen entry area chattingaway. This is part of the heart of Green Bay. The burgers are buttery and comforting and the chili is NEVER disappointing?I prefer no... spaghetti. Everyone was happy with their food, though the service was lacking. It was perfect for following a tour at LambeauField. Read more
Went for lunch with my boyfriend during his workday. I had chili and the turkey club. It was very fresh. Bread was toasted... perfect. Chili didn't make the photo reel; I'm ate it up too fast. I'm sorry to say but this was a horrible experience. I'm not one to complain because I realize that many places are struggling... to find help. When we arrived though not swamped, we were greeted by a sign that said seat yourself. We had 4 grandchildren intow so we needed a booth. The only one available had been recently used.. we were told my the elderly lady in the hostess areato press a button on top of the booth and someone would be with us shortly.. when 10 minutes went by and we cleaned the tableourselves I knew we should have left. You know how it is when you have hunger and just want to eat. Finally after 15 minutes ourwaitress that we saw only twice took our drink order. Upon returning 5 minutes later with those, and. To take our order. Thewaiting game began. Have you ever tried to keep 4 hungry children and a hungry man entertained? 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 35minutes, nothing... not even someone checking to see if the drinks we had needed to be refilled! So... we stopped a differentwaitress to ask where our food was. Now what we ordered were Mac n cheese 3 chicken strip dinners with fries. 2 basic burgersand shrimp scampi. She came back 10 minutes later to say that it would be 10 more minutes! If you do the math that's over anhour for that!! Then when our food arrived it was the most awful food I'd ever seen. The burgers were cardboard looking disks ofyuck as you can see in the photos. The strip of chicken were as hard as rocks. And, my scampi.. the shrimp so over cooked andburnt with a clump of I don't know what lying underneath!!! We actually walked out without eating. Went here during game day and ate from the food truck. Food was old school classics, nothing fancy just a well cooked burger. ... The highlight was the live music in the car park, which was brilliant and created a great atmosphere ! Read more
