Additional Information
What an adorable soda shop! It's in a former drive-in lube shop and the car bay is now a drive-thru. The menu of sweet drinks... was so VAST I couldn't take it all in but the staff is super friendly and helpful. There are also small food items, too, notjust drinks and gelato. Highly recommended. :) Read more

First off, we love SodaVine and are regulars, especially at the Rexburg location. It took a long string of experiences to... finally get me to leave a less than positive review for the Saint Anthony location. Our experiences here have ranged from decentto outright poor, but never great. Our most recent experience about 20 minutes ago was the final tipping point in my opinion. Weordered 2 sodas from a disgruntled looking worker and went on our way. We quickly realized one of them had been made wrong (likeI said, we're regulars) and was so bad as to be undrinkable. We went back, to let them know a mistake had been made and get areplacement. As we pulled up, I saw through the window the worker who had taken our order. She heaved what looked like anannoyed sigh and said to the other worker "They came back". After politely explaining the situation and respectfully asking forit to be fixed, we were brusquely informed that they always put that much creamer in it and that if we wanted it differently wewould just need to order another one. This is the same drink we get every time and we know how it is supposed to taste. The onewe received was shockingly wrong with so much creamer in it, it was nearly all you could taste. Not willing to get in a fightwith someone clearly unwilling to provide halfway-decent customer service, over something that cost $3, we ordered another oneand asked them to put a 3rd as much creamer in it this time. The new drink was much closer to the typical drink, but stillnoticeably off. I genuinely want to like this place, but I don't like giving my business to places that treat their payingcustomers like annoyances and inconveniences. We still love the Rexburg Soda Vine and we'll just make the drive to make sure weare getting what we are paying for. Read more
