This was the first time I ever ordered from somewhere that the person over the phone did not instantly rush me. The gentleman... over the phone was super personable and gave wonderful suggestions such as their stuff Pizza which is Delicious by the way. Iwill easily dump so much money here it's not even funny but very worth it. It's aware that you have amazing customer serviceand great food to match this is the perfect place to pig out Saturday or Friday night with friends and you'll easily impresseveryone there with a great quality food!!!!!!! My husband and I are up from Youngstown for a couple of days, we wanted something that wasn't on the strip, a nice meal. With... everything closing so early, we happened to come across Purola's BSP and I am so glad we did! Missy was an amazing server, herwhite Sangria was fantastic. We also chatted with Amber who was on takeout as well as some other patrons, all great conversationand company. We felt so welcomed and will definitely visit again. What a fantastic experience! The waitress, Chelsie, was exceptional. We had the 'Bula Beast Thin Crust Pizza and calamari... appetizer. It was actually the best pizza I have ever eaten. My family and I are very disappointed with the quality of this pizza. We bought a family meal and were even early to pick it up... and waited 10 extra minutes for it too be ready and when we opened up the box it seemed the pizza had been sitting there forhours. Very hard and very cold. It was supposed to be a Brooklyn style pizza as well . Very surprised to have this experienceat a restaurant we believed served high quality food. When I called the owner they made you feel like there?s no possible waythat you this could happen and did nothing to resolve the issue. Read more
I ordered a pizza for the first time yesterday. It was supposed to be a deep dish. I paid $21 for a pizza that wasn?t even... edible. As soon as I opened the box, I could smell it was burnt. The dough had enormous air pockets, which means it?s not fresh.It was extremely disappointing. Read more
The "salad bar" is such a great idea. Love the way they prepare such a yummy salad. Most of the dinners were very... good. Management may need to consider asking guests to control unruly children from running around and disrupting the diningexperience. After 35 minutes of 4 children jumping from booth to booth, the ambiance was completely lost. Such a shame:( Read more
For what we order 5 stars! But I'm deducting a star for a reason I'll share in a moment. If you're wondering about the... mozzarella sticks, wonder no more! They are amazing! Though $10 is pricy for 4, they a very large & very good. (If they were $8they would be incredible!) We always order the Supreme pizza b/c for the amount of toppings the price point is great. The onlydownside is it is incredibly soggy. It's more of a fork eating pizza. But maybe that is due to the amount of toppings? If youhad 3 hands you wouldn't be able to pick up a slice as the toppings will slide right off. Other than that, it is a deliciouspie. My star deduction comes from not being able to order a sub/hoagie for dinner. Who doesn't love a big sub at dinner time !?Unfortunately they are only available on the lunch menu.
