If you order online, make sure you don't have plans to pick up your food so you can make it to your event on time. If you order... online for a specific pick-up time, it will not be ready. They don't get your order ready until you arrive because they saidthey have had to throw away a lot of food. Who cares? It's already paid for. It's not any quicker than going through the drivethru. I ordered two bucket meals the girl MacKenzie had a major attitude and was throwing my food around . I asked her to stop and she... glared at me and then proceeded to touch my food like it had a disease. Then I get home a d have to return immediately because Ididn't have my full order!! They have NEVER gotten my order right! Always out of chicken and the wait is long because you haveto wait for more chicken !! Good service, friendly counter staff! But when I pointed out a large water puddle on the floor between where you order and... where you pick up, and told the girl it was a slip hazard. She pointed out they put up a Wet Floor sign 4 feet away and out ofsight if youre at the counter instead of coming out and cleaning it up.
