A fun casual place to eat. The food is ok, not great, but it is ok for a meal out with friends and family. The servers are... great, and very professional. I had the Double Crunch Bone-in Wings, in Garlic Parmesan, and they were surprisingly delicious,and as hot as the surface of the sun. Where they came out. The wings were the best part of the meal. I got the Bourbon StreetSteak, it did not look like the picture, I had asked for medium rare, and I got medium well, the longer cook time did do thesteak any favors, it was still edible, but just by a hair. The server was super nice, and if asked would have taken care of it,but she was very busy, and if a slightly over done was the worst thing to happen to me, I was good. Came in at 8:30 on a Wednesday, the restaurant was pretty empty, yet the host decided to sit me and my gf (both masked) next to... 2 completely full tables, so we opted to sit next at the empty bar instead. On the empty side of the restaurant they were busyloudly vacuuming the floor on and off during our visit. We were the only customers at the bar but my gf?s drink was stillforgotten and we had to remind bartender. There was a Cleveland Cavaliers game happening at the time we were dining, but all 4of the TVs were tuned to other channels instead (2 of them the Milwaukee Bucks vs Brooklyn Nets, 2 of them NBA TV, and the othera college volleyball game). First time eating here in a while. Steak wasn't cooked properly. A lot of miscommunication. Could have just been a rough night.... I'd go back and give them another try. Read more
I come in and the hostess has her back turned gossiping with a waitress. I had to say something after 6 minutes. Here for... takeout. My pickup was 15 minutes ago and the girl who does take outs hasn't even spoke to me yet. Last time this happened thefood was naturally cold. Nothing better than 2 cold steak dinners directly from the restaurant. I don't even eat here anymorebecause it went downhill, but the kids like it. This will be my last order. Read more
Honestly the food was amazing! a lot better than it has been in the past! The server was awesome she joked around with us had a... great time. There was a lot of young kids sitting around and that wasn't very pleasant but other than that I enjoyed myself Read more
I never have any complaints about the appetizers. Entrees are decent. I prefer the platter, as it includes a bit of everything... to accommodate my indecisive appetite. Read more
Pleasantly surprised with the food and overall experience. Staff was attentive and helpful. Reasonable prices with Happy hour... deals on select appetizers and drinks. I will return to try those. Read more
Applebee's is our new place to go and we love it there the servers are beyond nice we only had one small but hot problem there... when they bring out the very hot food and it is popping (cooking) some popped on to my face and they did bring me some ice forthe small burn so it was no biggie just need a cover or something on it when bring it to table when this happened to me theserver was just beginning to set it on table it wasn't no one's fault things happen but just don't want this to happen to achild sitting at the table.
