Absolutely worst McDonald's I've ever visited. Waited a long time to place order, because the walk in customers were being... ignored. My food sat on a tray for 7 minutes before it was given to me. Food quality was decent. It seemed all the employeeshated working there. The guy that took my order looked like he just crawled out of bed with a bad hangover. Read more
Soda fountain station was dirty and sticky. The lids and straws were also empty, minus the few dirty lids sitting on the... counter. Every table was dirty with some time of sauce, including fries and garbage under the tables. The men's bathroom wasalso filthy, the floor was sticky and the paper towel dispenser was empty. I've been ordering the same meal since October 2021 and every single time I've gotten it it has been wrong and I've had to get... it fixed. All I order is a deluxe qtr with Mac sauce and every time it's either just a regular qtr or a deluxe without thesauce. Guess I'll switch to Burger King since they actually make the orders correctly. The worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. Every single time - not even exaggerating - they mess up my order. Today was the last... straw and I am finally posting a review because I ordered one meal - one single meal - and it was wrong and then they triedcharging me to fix it. I?m sorry? I ordered one meal and they messed up the sandwich (like usual) and then expect me to payAGAIN? Absolutely not. Plus the cooks were not wearing gloves which is disgusting. I go to this McDonald?s at least weekly. Nearly every time something is wrong in my order and it takes forever to have it fixed.... One time, I was asked to pull ahead and wait for my food. Half the order was brought out and the lady who was bringing food outto those waiting went home. When I went inside to check on the rest of my order, everyone seemed to think she was done for theday and didn?t realize there were several cars still waiting on their food. The only positive about this location is that thefood is hot most of the time, I?m not sure how much that?s worth when it?s never what you ordered. Read more
The food is what you would expect from a fast food joint, but there was nothing fast about service. I placed an order through... the app for curbside delivery. We waited 20 minutes before I finally went inside only to find out that they gave my order to atable and had to remake it. I wasn't in a huge hurry, but if someone would have come to let me know what was going on, itwould've been appreciated. I'll stick to Kwik Trip for a while, instead of going back to McDonald's. I do not know how this McDonald's still exists lol. Such bad service. Only good worker I've experienced is Deanna, she deserves... $50 an hour for how well she does her job compared to the other staff. Read more
