The man rushed me ordering (my order was one meal...and I was prepared prior to pulling up...also nobody else was in line behind... me ???????????) then didn't give me the sauce I had asked for so I go back to get the sauce...after getting the sauce...I take abite of my food and it's not edible... Signs on the doors said the dining area was open, but doors were locked. Drive-through was slow and food was cold. Well, fries... were hot, but burgers were actually cold. Not lukewarm. Cold. Definitely would avoid. Read more

Absolutely Horrible! Stopped there on way back from a show in Alexandria on 9/30 @ 10:32pm. The drive thru window clerk was... rude. The Jr. Cheesburger deluxe had rotten tomatoes and the Spicy Hot Honey chicken had cold cheese slapped on it..Lol, didn'teven make the attempt to melt it! The only recommendation I do have is if you want nasty burnt fries, this Wendy's is yourplace...! In this case, there where just to many things wrong, it was past a managers réconciliation and needed to be broughtpublic. Again, I would never go there again and DO NOT RECOMMEND. Read more

Apples were old in salad and the lettuce was dark, wilted. Took back & order grilled chicken. My husband at two sandwiches & it... took so long. I got money back and left!!!! Very disappointed. Manager did not even care! Help was very apologetic. Never beento a Wendy's like this. ???? Read more
Dine in experience was horrible! Dinning room was ICE cold! The manager and employee were arguing. No tray to put the many... paper bags of food for the family. Drink machine was nasty! Syrup all over. Read more
