I was doing a job around the way and wanted Chinese food. I bought lunch for me and my partner, the lady tossed the food at me... when it was finished. I got back to my job took one bite and almost threw up. I called up to get my money back and the same ladywas making threats at me, calling me fat boi, I asked her to calm down and she hung up. I have enjoyed Top's China's food since I began getting carry out in 2019. I've always ordered over the phone and have never had... an unpleasant experience with anyone who works there. Absolute best Sweet & Sour chicken I've ever had. I've lived all over the country and nothing comes close. Can't miss a stop at... Top's if I'm in Ashland. Great price and huge portion sizes. I've always had a positive experience with the owners and workers.Take out is the way to go, I've been enjoying this place for years. I've never been yelled at by the owners of a restaurant before. This was new for me. I ordered 2 meals, the first she acted like... it was the end of the world, the second was a noodle dish. She asked me if I knew what it was, I said yes obviously it's anoodle dish. She starts screaming at me that it's not noodles. I pointed to the description on her menu and said yes it isnoodles...?
