I brought my sub back that was incorrect. Grill is closed at 830 according to dakota (which i dont even think she gave me the... right name), but door says they are open until 9. Another person walked in behind me and ordered... then MAGICALLY the grill wasopen again!!! Of course this happens when I am not feeling well and have to deal with rude unhelpful people. I am upset I evenhad to leave home to bring it back in the first place! This place really needs new staff! Read more

Extremely unprofessional and careless staff. Ordered online 25 minutes ahead of time and order still wasn?t ready when I arrived... even though there was one other person there. Added one topping (mayo) to sub and two toppings (pickles and relish) on the side;none of which were added to the order. Employees were gossiping about employees coming to work sick and dissatisfaction with jobrather than attending to customers. We used to go to this location often but now will be going elsewhere for better service. Read more

Clearly struggling for staff and the ones there are struggling too. Sandwiches are messy and they'll completely get your order... wrong on an online order. It's not worth it. To expensive for what you're getting at this location. Read more

From the minute I walked into this location I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. We weren?t greeted upon... entering and instead glared at. We placed our order and went down to the cashier. Just some background, the only reason we wentto Jersey Mikes is because we had a gift card. Upon swiping our gift card the cashier simply said ?card declined,? and stared atus blankly- that would be the last word spoken to us. I politely asked him if he could try again and he angrily swiped itwithout saying anything. He then shook his head and handed me the card without saying anything. He didn?t try to offer anyassistance or apologize at all- I?m 99% sure he could have manually entered the number in, but that was not offered. I proceededto just give in and pay with my debit card, and the payment processed and he continued to remain silent and avoid eye contact. Ileft feeling extremely disappointed. Having worked a similar job for years, it really doesn?t take much effort to communicatewith the customer. My view on jersey mikes has been severely lowered due to this experience. Read more

We love Jersey mike's, I tried the Big kahuna cheese steak this time and it was really good. We also ordered the turkey tub and... it was very good, except for the fact it had about a half an ounce of lettuce in it. People ordering the tub are looking for analternative to bread and that alternative is lettuce, you need to fill it like a salad. I've had the turkey tub and otherlocations and they were prepared much better than this, you can do better. Read more

Prompt greeting the minute I walked in. Friendly, smiling associates ready to take my order. Shortly after paying my regular... cheese steak was ready. Plenty of beef, peppers and onions all held together with melting gooey cheese between a soft warm roll.Very tasty. Read more

It's a really good Jersey Mikes. I have had most all of the menu. I would eat at this restaurant as opposed to its competitors... due to time in queue and food quality as well as overall general cleanliness. The parking is not that great anytime. Read more
