Incredibly slow and inefficient - the worst Dunkin? Donuts I?ve visited yet. Waited 30 minutes for a large coffee and a sandwich... with only 2 ppl in front of me and 3 people working. Come for pre made donuts to grab and go. ? Don?t waste your time. Store notclean and not kept up -sandwich barely heated, not enough to even melt the cheese. Ugh. Read more
After waiting an hour in the drive through for just one drink, it was not worth it. Terrible service. I really don?t understand... the managements intelligence with the way this Dunkin? is run. I walked in to a filthy dining area, water puddles on the floor, garbage, unkempt. I went straight to the restroom, as I've... been traveling all day. The restroom didn't look like it had been cleaned in days, dirt and hair stuck around the bottom of thetoilet, floor as filthy and Theresa's NO toilet paper, nor paper towels. The young man out front gave that, "oh well, it's notmy job" look at me when I complained and told him I wouldn't order anything there if I had to. Really lousy experience. Read more
Drive-thru was closed so I had to go inside. Went inside garbage can is overflowing with garbage. Person in front of me claim... they ordered online staff took 8 minutes to determine they did not. When it was finally my turn I tried to order a croissant andthey told me they weren't doing any hot food. What's the point of a Dunkin' donuts that doesn't serve breakfast or have adrive-thru. This morning 7 Jun 2022, I stopped to get coffee and a donut. Today started real slow and definitely need it the coffee. What... else could go wrong? Well two hours later I realized my debit card was "missing". In fact I never took the card from the slotafter paying for the coffee +donuts. I left quickly, not even remember putting it back on my wallet. Anyway, So I rushed backto the store and Tan Tan! The amazing lady standing on front on the picture, had secured the card.
