A very popular place to dine. A little wait which we knew would be worth it. Especially near Kings Dominion. Once inside... staff very friendly, prompt to details, and a pleasure. I would give more stars if possible, this place never disappoints. The food is always great, I tried the new cheesecake pancakes... with strawberry syrup and it was divine. The watermelon lemonade was awesome. I want to try the whole menu, everything looksdelicious. The servers are always sweet, friendly and attentive. I use to work at this location many years ago. And before that, I ate there often. It has been over a decade since I did either,... until the other day. All new people it appears, which is sad, but... the all new people did a real good job!! Polite, attentive,efficient, and of course, the food was amazing, and the gift shop was too alluring to leave without making a purchase! Loved it! Read more

The food came out fast and hot. We had a great breakfast here. I found some options on this menu that?s not on the menu of the... Cracker Barrel we usually frequent in my home town so that was refreshing. They offered a Bacon ?N? Egg Casserole hash brownwith bacon onion cheese diced tomato and green onions mixed in - my first time seeing it on the menu. I had the meat biscuitswith a side of hash brown casserole - keeping it light because I was driving and didn?t want to get drowsy. May 2021 We were driving by and stopped here for lunch. The place was clean and they were seating people every other table. All... of the staff were very friendly and efficient. The staff were all wearing masks and they wiped down the table after people weredone. We got two Grandma's Samplers and a Chicken Fried Chicken. Everything was delicious, though the breakfast meats were alittle bit overcooked. Their fried chicken is still excellent, tender and moist. As a note, the maple syrup is served in tinyglass bottles. As a side note, I noticed them selling some Squishmallows in the store! They only had the 12" sizes, but I wasstill excited to see them ????. Read more
We stopped here for dinner on the way home. We were welcomed and seated quickly. After a short time the waitress arrived and we... were ready with food and drink order.
