If I could only go to one bakery for the rest of my life it would be Vida. Their "Life Changing Bread" really is just that. They... also make terrific coffee. Read more
Very tasty bread and sandwiches. Latter is definitely on small side, European style. I had a delicious salmon and onion... sandwich. It was just larger than an appetizer. But with their nice side salad, I was fine. Read more
Between Portland I poured out a couple cups of coffee that were just too terrible to drink. At Vida I finally found an... exceptional cup of coffee. I came here two days in a row just because I was guaranteed another great cup of coffee and I wasn?tdisappointed. Both times I visited I had a sandwich and both were wonderful. On my second visit I had a banana and chocolatechip muffin that was super tasty. Honestly, Jackson County, you need to work on your coffee game. Read more
I absolutely adore this bakery. They offer great food, and plenty of baked goods, all gluten free. If I pass through Ashland I... HAVE to stop and grab a loaf of carrot cake, I've been pretty lucky to get one even though they sell out of products fairlyquickly due to their popularity. Read more
